Banned for Payment Fraud
I tried to log on a while ago and it said I was permanently banned for "Payment Fraud" when I have used the same credit card a couple of times, and when I made my purchase yesterday it didn't say anything.... I emailed the support team but it always takes a long time for them to get back to anyone. Is there a phone number I can call or anything? Thanks.

its a weekend....no one will be there to answer your phone call. Best bet is to wait until monday and see what transpires with your email. (have you updated your support ticket with the requested information that they may have asked for??)

A friend of mine who has been playing GW for three years was banned this evening for exactly the same reason after buying a storage pane and pet unlock pack. To say she is fuming would be an understatement.
Of course I have advised her to raise a support ticket and pointed her to Gailles page and the previous threads here about this sort of thing, but it looks like the payment system may have had yet another of its fairly regular problems. |

They need to fix this crap.
However people need to stop buying stuff during the weekends when there's no support to be had too. Maybe Anet shouldn't ban over the weekends in favor of waiting till Monday in case their bans are FAILbans. |

Friday is the weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Consider those to be zero support days.
Will they fix it? Yeah, probably sometime on Monday, you will get responses to the support request. |

Happened to me. I sent ina ticket no response. I ended up having to call. I guess there is some glitch where once you buy over a limit of things in a certain span it thinks you stole the card. Unlike you though, they made me pay for the thing I wanted again.
